HOW IT WORKS

  • Each item is handmade and may take up to 14 working days to be completed after your order has been placed.
  • Once your order has been completed you will be notified by receiving a tracking number for your order.
  • We use Aramex so it might take up to 3 days to get to you. You can track your order on their website using your tracking number.

CANCELLING AND ENDING ORDERS

  • Pearl Drop Moments Online Store reserves the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you.
  • Pearl Drop Moments Online Store will be liable for reimbursing you the rand value paid only if you have already paid for the cancelled order. You have the right to return non-defective products purchased within 7-days of the order being delivered.

DELIVERY  & DELIVERY FEES

  • For all orders we will contact you first before sending package via Aramex courier. Courier fee will be R100.00.
  • Each product has a lead time of 14 working days after payment has been received but not limited to.
  • If stock is available immediately the order will be sent out as soon as payment has been received.
  • Please make sure someone will be able to collect the parcel on delivery day, if the courier has to come back an extra delivery fee will be charged.

MAKING PAYMENT

  • When making your payment, please be sure to use your order number as the beneficiary reference. This will ensure that Pearl Drop Moments Online Store can process your order as quickly as possible.
  • Pearl Drop Moments Online Store will start processing your order as soon as your bank forwards the payment to Pearl Drop Moments Online Store. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 3 days from the time you make the payment to when it appears in our bank account.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS, RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENT

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, incorrect product choice or other reason, you may return it to Pearl Drop Moments Online Store within 4 days of delivery after Pearl Drop Moments Store has approved of the reason of returning, by the same delivery method which the parcel was received.
  • You can contact us on moniquevr@pearldropmoments.co.za for returns and refunds.
  • If you are based in South Africa, you can either receive a Pearl Drop Moments Online Store account credit or a refund, or have the product repaired or replaced, depending on the situation.
  • If you have the wrong size please make sure the item is clean and in good condition to be swopped out for the correct size.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t do refunds on sale items.
